Artwork Guide
A quick guide to sending artwork for Party Wafers, including file types, image quality, sizing tips and what works best for print.
Best File Types
The best file types for Party Wafers are:
- PNG
- high-quality JPG
Clear, sharp files always give the best print result.
Image Quality
For the best result, upload the highest quality version of your image, logo or design that you have.
Blurry screenshots, compressed images and very small files may not print clearly.
- sharp logos
- clean backgrounds
- high-resolution photos
- simple layouts with good contrast
Text & Readability
Party Wafers are small, so very tiny text can be difficult to read once printed.
Bold, simple wording usually works best, especially for names, ages and short messages.
If your design contains a lot of very small wording, it may need to be simplified for the best result.
Photos & Logos
Photos and logos can work really well when they are clear and good quality.
If you are uploading a logo, try to send the cleanest version available. Transparent PNG files are often the easiest to work with.
For photos, avoid dark, blurry or heavily filtered images where faces or important details are hard to see.
If You Don’t Have a Finished Design
That’s fine. You do not always need a finished design file to place an order.
