How do I order custom party wafers?

Start with the instant quote calculator. Enter the quantity you need, choose your artwork option and occasion, then continue to the product page. Your selected quantity will already be carried over.

Do I have to choose from fixed pack sizes?

No. You can enter the quantity you need. The system will calculate the price automatically and open the product page with that quantity already selected.

What is the minimum order?

Orders start from a minimum value of £20. You can still enter the quantity you need, and the quote will calculate automatically.

Why does the product page open after the quote?

The quote page is step one. The product page is where you upload artwork, add names, dates, design notes, event date and then add the order to your basket.

Artwork & design

What if I already have artwork?

Choose Upload artwork in the quote flow. On the product page you can upload your design, logo, photo or artwork file.

What if I do not have a design ready?

No problem. Choose Describe your idea or Need artwork help. Tell us the name, date, colours, occasion and theme, and we can help prepare a simple print-ready design.

What file types can I upload?

PNG, JPG, PDF or logo files usually work best. Clear, sharp artwork gives the best print result. Screenshots can work, but high-quality files are always better.

Can I add names, dates or a message?

Yes. On the product page you can add names, dates, ages, short messages, colours, theme notes or anything else you want included in the design.

Will colours look exactly like the digital mockup?

Colours may print slightly differently on edible wafer. A screen mockup is brighter than the final printed wafer because wafer has a natural base colour and absorbs edible ink differently than paper.

Will tiny text print clearly?

Very small text can be difficult to read because the wafers are small edible discs. Bold, simple designs with clear wording usually print best.

What is Premium Express?

Premium Express is a skip the queue priority service. It is best for urgent smaller orders that need the fastest turnaround.

When does the turnaround time start?

Turnaround starts once your order is paid and we have the required details, artwork, upload or design notes needed to produce your wafers.

Can I add the event date?

Yes. On the product page you can add the date you need the wafers for. This helps us understand your deadline.

Storage & shelf life

How should I store the wafers?

Keep the wafers sealed in their original packaging and store them in a cool, dry place away from moisture, heat and direct sunlight.

Do I need to refrigerate them?

No. Do not refrigerate the wafers. Moisture and condensation can affect wafer texture and print quality.

How long do they last?

Please check the best before date on your packaging. For best results, keep them sealed until you are ready to use them.

Are the wafers fully edible?

Yes. They are fully edible wafer discs printed using edible ink.

What can I use them on?

They are perfect for cakes, cupcakes, ice cream, dessert tables, party treats, favours and event desserts.

What occasions are they suitable for?

Weddings, birthdays, baby showers, communions, christenings, gender reveals, corporate events, launches, parties and many other celebrations.

Do they contain allergens?

Please check the product page and packaging for full ingredients and allergen information before use, especially if ordering for guests with allergies.

Changes & refunds

Can I change my order after placing it?

Contact us as quickly as possible. If production has not started, we may be able to help. Once production or dispatch has started, changes may not be possible.

Can I cancel my order?

Custom edible items are made to order. Cancellations are only possible before production has started.

Do you accept returns?

Because these are personalised edible products, we do not accept returns for change-of-mind purchases.

What if my order is damaged, faulty or incorrect?

Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos. If the order is confirmed to be damaged, faulty or incorrect, we will offer an appropriate solution.
