Ordering & prices

What’s the minimum order?

There is no fixed minimum quantity. You can order any quantity you need, with a minimum order value of £20.

Can I order a custom quantity?

Yes. You are not limited to fixed pack sizes. Just enter the quantity you want and the price will calculate automatically.

Can I place a small order first?

Yes. Because orders start from just £20, many customers place a smaller order first before coming back for larger celebrations.

Do you offer custom logo or artwork orders too?

Yes. Alongside birthday, wedding and party designs, we also offer custom artwork orders and can print personalised themed designs for many occasions.

Artwork & personalisation

What file should I upload?

The best file types are PNG, PDF or a high-quality JPG. Clear, sharp artwork always gives the best print result.

Can you help tidy my design?

Yes, we can often help with simple adjustments like removing a background or cleaning up the layout. If your file is very low quality, we may ask for a better version.

Can I add names, photos or my own design?

Yes. You can upload your own design or personalise your wafers with names, photos, logos or themed artwork for your occasion.

Will tiny text print clearly?

Wafers are only around 6cm wide, so very small text can be difficult to read. Bold, simple designs usually print best.

Delivery & timings

What delivery options do you offer?

• Economy: £7.95, around 5 working days
• Standard: £12.00, around 3 working days
• Premium Express: £29.00, 24 hour turnaround, available for orders up to 1,000 wafers

What is the cut-off time for Premium Express?

The cut-off time is 2PM. Orders placed after 2PM will be processed on the next working day.

When does the delivery countdown start?

Delivery time starts once your order is paid and your artwork or order details are ready to print.

Can I get them quickly for an upcoming event?

Yes. For urgent smaller orders, Premium Express is the fastest option. If your event date is close, it is always best to order as early as possible.

Storage & shelf life

How should I store the wafers?

Store them in the sealed bag they are delivered in, in a dry place, away from moisture, heat and direct sunlight.

Do I need to refrigerate them?

No. Refrigeration is not recommended because moisture and condensation can affect the wafers.

How long do they last?

The best before is 6 months after purchase, as long as the wafers are stored correctly in the sealed bag they are delivered in.

Product questions

Are the wafers fully edible?

Yes. They are fully edible wafer discs printed in full colour using edible ink.

What do they taste like?

They have a light, sweet wafer taste and are designed to look great on desserts without overpowering them.

Do they contain allergens?

Please always check the product page and packaging for the full ingredients and allergen information. Our wafers contain common allergens including wheat and soya.

Changes & refunds

Do you start printing before payment?

No. We only start production once your order has been paid for.

Can I cancel my order?

Orders can only be cancelled before dispatch. Once an order has been dispatched, it can no longer be cancelled.

Do you accept returns?

Because our products are personalised edible items, we do not accept returns for change-of-mind purchases.

What if my order is damaged, faulty or incorrect?

Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include your order number plus clear photos. If your order is confirmed to be damaged, faulty or incorrect, we will offer an appropriate solution, such as a replacement or refund.
